If everyone in the current main event scene were to die or retire...
 
...who would you replace them with?

So you have no Batista, HHH, Orton, Taker, HBK, Jericho, JBL, Edge, or Cena. Or Jeff Hardy I guess. No Kozlov either maybe? Maybe Matt Hardy cause he's "main event" on ECW or whatever.

Who would you have step into these spots, and who would you turn face or heel to make these adjustments work?

Well, that would raise up Kane, Khali, Mark Henry, MVP, Kennedy (if he is healthy), Matt Hardy, Rey, and CM Punk to fill the void. Oh, and maybe John Morrison. They would need to work build some guys up. If that was to happen, I would probably have a tourney to see who gets the belt, and then be forced to have tourneys and rumbles to determine #1 contenders until there is an established hierarchy.

Seriously, they could bring back anyone from Nash, Booker, Christian, Angle, etc.

These would be desperate times, I'm sure Vince would be willing to swallow any pride he has to keep the company running. And most of those guys would be willing to jump for enough money and a strong push.

The first thing that came to my mind was: "OMG Val Venis could have a chance here!" Then my BF smacked me upside the head and I have to agree with everything/one you all have said. I also like to see Morrison as a top champ.
