I dedicate this thread to gameshow hosts, who have probably one of the hardest jobs in television, and that is making gameshows watchable.

One of those kids looks like Damien from The Omen

Gameshow hosts are amazing. Chuck Woolery is tops.

That Martin Flood guy in the Millionaire video wound up getting his own game show called "The Master" or "The Mastermind"... or something. Anyway, it was terrible and always ran overtime by like 15 minutes which seriously encroached on my CSI viewing and I think it was canned after like four episodes.

Bob Barker is a prime example of a host making a show watchable. Price is Right was epic with him. Now, it's hardly bearable.

Richard Dawson is a win. So is Bob Eubanks

Legends of the Hidden Temple was INCREDIBLE. I loved that show so fucking much.

I cannot stand this man.

I don't know who he is but if there aren't video games, temple guards, or some form of slime involved it isn't a game show

If the prizes aren't LA Lights, BK ratchets, a karaoke machine, or a trip to Space Camp then the game quite simply isn't worth playing

Peter Everett. Camp-as-a-row-of-tents-but-that's-not-why-I-hate-him host of Ready Steady Cook, a show which is hilarious purely for the reactions of the chefs in whose way Everett is constantly getting. They shut him down every episode, tell him to get out of the way, and generally berate him for being a useless distraction while they're trying to cook a meal in 20 minutes.

How has Mark Summers not been mentioned yet? Pretty much the man for having OCD and getting slimed on every episode.
