Compared to the "average American", I'd say probably yes. Compared to his old self however, I don't think he's even close.

If Savage tried to pick a shoot fight with a guy like Hulk Hogan nowadays, Savage would be giving him head in less than 10 seconds.

Savage has lost a lot of muscle mass and now has a gut to boot.
