Best Theme Music (2000 - Present)
 

It's probably been done a bunch of times, but I haven't seen it in awhile.

Best theme music in WCW, WWF/E and TNA in the past 8 years.


I'm going to go with CM Punk. His song fits him really well, it has a great opening bit that is quickly recognizable, and I've been listening to it a lot lately.

I'd probably have to say Chris Benoit's them by Our Lady Peace. I just thought it was perfect. It could come out of nowhere, it wasn't just some generic theme put together on a mixing board etc.

But I really liked Beth Phoenix's first theme song.

CM Punk's song is horrible. For the first 30 seconds it just sounds like a bunch of indescribable and random sounds. If they used the part that actually had words it would probably be better. But usually it gets to that part right when he gets to the ring and the music stops.

Best...

Some that stand out are Christian's last theme with the violin intro, and the Evolution music.

And Simon Dean.

Yeah what CM Punk's theme song is dreadful.

As for the best theme song since 2000, probably Triple H's The Game. It's powerful, it's distinguishable, and it fits his character rather well.

I love Randy Orton's new theme by Rev Theory. It doesn't necessarily mesh well with his entrance, but it is a damn good song. Evolution's theme is still probably the best. It transcends wrestling as a great song.

My Time can't be beaten IMO, which is an amazing accomplishment as I'm not usually the biggest fan of wrestling themes with lyrics.

I liked Austin's 2nd Alliance theme, too, though.

Undertakers Ministry theme, and the one he had just before it. Sounds pretty simaler. Can't decide which I prefer though.

As far as his site goes, it is long gone. Got caught by some music company, I believe, and has to pay 'whatever they see fit'.

I don't like the song, but I will admit that it's a great song for Edge.
