Yeah, that was nothing short of awesome. Let's forget drummers that can perform 12-figure polyrhythmic drumming patterns in contrasting dynamics, one rhythm in an odd meter and the other being a syncopated jazz rhythm.... no, this Travis guy is just a drumming prodigy.

Gene Hoglan's face is way cooler. Nothing says awesome like a 300 pound man just chillin' behind a drumkit, while simultaneously busting out with some insane drummin' skillz.

Dave Lombardo looks queer these days tho. His haircut totally sucks. He looks like a goofball.

Richard Christy, however, owns Lombardo in both areas of talent and looking like the man. :cool:

Yeah look, I love Travis as much as the next guy, and I respect his drumming skills, but all his drum lines are repetitive. :$ Seriously, he finds one good phrase and then repeats it over and over and over throughout the whole song.

Look at things like I Miss You, Feeling This and even his work from Box Car Racer. He's a good drummer, he's just not very... "variety" oriented. :$

I've seen better. Give me someone like Will Scharf, Chris Pennie or Brann Dailor any day...
