That new animal battle show or whatever...
Don't remember the name of it, but it's on like Discovery or something, and they do all sorts of simulations to see who would win if certain animals were to fight. I've seen parts of both the "Rhino Versus Elephant" and "Great White Versus Croc."
Anyone else seen these and REALLY disagree with the outcomes? |
yeah i mean i'm pretty damn sure in the right situation that the shark would just eat the alligator, like.. whole o.o next we'll be seeing, Squirrel VS. Tiger
Dunno. They've found remains of sharks in croc bellies. Never found one the other way around.
Yeah, I caught the last ten/fifteen minutes of that then "Myth Busters" came on.
That's why I caught it. Mythbusters is fun (though sometimes erroneous, IMO)
It's great when they just blow things up for practically no reason.
It's also great some of the twisted stuff they end up doing.
And the chicken cannon was just cool to watch. Even if I think the methodology lead to some faulty results. Then again, watching Mythbusters for hard science is like watching Raw for a real sporting event. It's entertainment, and it's cool. |
Nice analogy.
Thanks. I try.
When I started writing that post, I realized ti sounded like I was bitching about it, when I really love it for its entertainment value. |
does anyone know the name of the show?
I'd see if it's on Australia's Discovery Channel. |
Animal face-Off.
I had a glance through the guide, nothing matching that name.. but i might have missed it.
Did you watch that Colosseum thing, KK?
Coloseum?
They showed a commercial for it on Discovery during Myth Busters, it was about Roman gladiators or something. Looked alright, wondering if it was any good. :-\
I haven't seen it. Not even sure I've seen ads, but I tune out advertisement a lot.
