Knox is God

I think Mike Knox has good things ahead of him (i.e. an IC title run). His matches on ECW (specifically with Tommy Dreamer). I love watching him beat on little people; it amuses me.

Plus his beard, theme, and finisher are all awesome.

I never saw him wrestle before, but I know that he looks like he is going to be shit.

You should always wait until someone wrestles first. I mean, remember how much crow was eaten after the Great Khali proved he was capable of five star matches?

As a smaller guy (5'5") the lager than life guys have always amused me. It started off with the first heel I liked when it was "still real to me, damnit." Earthquake. All of the bigger guys who can live up that larger than life idea (The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, The Big Show) always catches my eye.

I like a lot of the hosses, remember their job is not to have technical masterpieces. And most of the hate for hosses come from smart marks who whine and cry about guys like Bland Danielson not being on WWE TV going over every wrestler on the roster.

So 450 is overcompensating.

His match with Matt Hardy was very solid as well.

Mike Knox has had some damn nifty matches with guys like Tommy Dreamer, Matt Hardy, Evan Bourne, Finlay and CM Punk. That's far better than hosses like Snitsky can claim credit for. Knox keeps up the pace fairly well, and he seems to be willing to learn and bust his ass in there.

He also seems willing to play a character well. His current one is a bit underdeveloped so far, but he's doing a good job with what they've given him so far (sadistic guy who preys on smaller guys using opportunity to his advantage). That's something else I've noticed about Knox -- whether this is his work or the writing team's, I don't know, but for his size, Knox is a really sly, chickenshit character. He pounces on a guy when he makes a mistake, he very rarely charges into battle -- he's just waiting in the shadows.

Mike Knox is also a Slammy award winner.

And if you don't like it, try and argue with him.

I watched the Knox/CM Punk match, and it was like watching one of those WWE Saturday Afternoon shows(Jakked or something like that?) Except we are supposed to know and give a shit about these people. And with that said, if we're getting excited over that, it really is time to start praising Scotty 2 Hotty's chances at a World Championship.

You don't know who CM Punk is?

Anywho, that was Knox's early work in ECW, so it's not a great indicator. If you watched the other two, you would see that he has improved. But your mind is probably made up, so forget it.

I think it's just that compared to the other hosses out there Knox is probably the most talented.
