Anyone meet the guy in person? What's he like? I was at Safeco and me and my buddy were lining up and they were bumping his music before the show. Bump Bump. I dunno, his theme music seems to pump me up as if I was on crack. |
I think Rey is one of the best luchador athletes I have ever seen. Im not really a fan of his but I think hes great in the ring. I would have to say that he was alot better in WCW but I dont know if most people would agree with that.

I love Rey i think hes awesome. i think hes the best of the CW and has the sweetest moves. neways when i used to watch WCW he wasnt really wrestling and most of the time i saw him with no mask, cuz i mostly watched WWF so i couldnt disagree or agree with u on that one

Well yeah i also agree that he is good but he is not the greatest.

he is great because he learns how to adapt. He's adapted to the WWE style with great success. Read his interview after his match with Kurt Angle on his official website

Rey Rey is awesome. He's my second favorite wrestler on Smackdown (after Eddie). He can really fly for a little guy. A great wrestler and a great person

Rey was better in the WCW before his injuries and because he was allowed a larger moveset...but yeah, Rey is great and another example of a wrestler that gets sick pops without having to cut 15 minute promos.

His matches with Eddie are always the bomb. I also like him against Big Show, not because of Show himself, but because of how Rey starts up the match with huge offense. But I hate the endings.
Mysterio seems to work well with just about anyone. |
i feel like getting a new tat on my other forearm. Probably Rey's sun without the japanese character. I'll most likely modify it so it doesn't look totally like Rey's.

He's one of my favourites that i've been following for a long time. I personally prefer his pre WWE stuff but he's still amazing especially after multiple injuries. I think his best stuff is with Psychosis, Juvi, and of course Eddie

mitch, I read somewhere that you wrestle. If it's true, what are your thoughts on high spots? What would you do and what would you stay away from?

I train at LLWA, not really an indy wrestler yet cause i'm not officially legal yet. I have to be 18 before I can get my license. However I have worked the occasional unsanctioned show or whatever.

at first, when he was gonna debut in WWE, I initially thought he'd debut without his mask, using something similar to his Filthy Animals gimmick

I was never a big fan of Mysterio. I mean I definately respect his wrestling and loved watching him in WCW, but I never really cheered for him or anything like that. I like Chavo better. He's the man and so is his music.

I though that he looked terrible w/o his mask. He's a luchador, not some raver with queer-ass horns. His look makes him stand out.

I hated when they unmasked him in WCW. He looked like a 2 years old boy.
