Does Starcade still hold the record for biggest drawing wrestling ppv of all time ? if not what does

Christ, Starrcade isn't even close to the biggest drawing PPV ever now.

Starrcade isn't even in the top 15 all time most PPV buys. Every Wrestlemania since 1998 has beaten it. Invasion and Summerslam 1998 definitely beat it. Backlash in 1999 or 2000 (whatever had HHH vs. Rock in the main event) did too. I'd bet some Royal Rumbles have too and probably more Summerslams but I dunno for sure.

sorry was just bored and watching the hogan -sting match and remember them saying for weeks that it was the biggest just didnt know if it was still . any idea of the actual number for starcade

Something like 650,000 buys. Maybe 675,000 maximum.

possibly the biggest draw in WCW history (at the time..not sure about the 1998-2000 PPVs)...but not the biggest draw in wrestling history as Rob said

Yea, I don't think it was ever tops. They probably said it was. Wrestlemania 17 probably ended up doing four times as much as Starcade
