I don't know what this is or what requirements I must meet, but I assure you I am tall enough to ride all roller coasters, but when I do I'm not one of those assholes who keeps their hands up the entire time, like even when you're going up the hills just so you can say, "yeah, I had my hands up the WHOLE TIME." Come on, you're belted in just the same whether your hands were up or not. Yeah, what is this thing again?
