Nice pair of Sennheisers. Pretty pumped about this, as I've heard great things and I am starting to become a bit of a tech addict lately.

the nice thing is i didn't have to pay for them cos my buddy's dad works for shure. i don't really use headphones anyway so these are fucking phenomenal for the rare occasion that i do.

Damn, nice. Saw some bit where you can buy custom molded in-ears from some company. You get this kit.. take a mold of the inside of your ear and send it in.. Expensive as hell, but they are apparently some of the top on the market.

I am up late a lot of the time when the other person in my house is asleep, so speakers and my sub tend to be heard from other rooms even when turned down low. So I'm pretty pumped about having a nice pair of headphones.. my other old pair of Jensens died about a month ago. One ear just went out completely, and they were shit anyways.

I am pretty sure that pair of Sennheisers is the type I almost bought.

They rock my socks off on a daily basis. Best father's day present I ever received.

They were sold out on newegg, so I went with the others. I had a $25 credit due to complaining to newegg about something.. so I figured headphones would be a good deal.

Dunno how anyone can use earbuds. They bug the fuck out of me.

I use my ipod headphones for my blackberry and ipod.

But for recording etc I use my dirty DJ headphones.

for out and about avec ipod. got too many complaints from random dickheads that my music was too loud with the ipod pieces of crap. this are way louder but nobody else can hear, it's incredible. even took them on the plane and they drowned everything out.

forgot what type of sennheisers my other larger pair were cause i've not really used them since i stopped doing sound production :'(

This thread is very retro-esque. Like back when I was a kid, headphones, the big styles were the shit, then it became all about these little earphones, now its back to the past in the future. Only diff.really is the size of the phono plug.

I use the sony in ear headphones which came with my Walkman phone. The clarity and the bass is awesome.

If I saw any of you walking down the street with one of those big pairs of headphones on I would honestly strike your head with a blunt instrument of a weight sufficient to render your brain severely damaged.

Who cares if they look ridiculous. They produce amazing sound quality, and for people who love listening to music they are worth it.

I'm just going to go ahead and agree with ct2k here.
