My Burner Ist't Working
 

It goes to 5% and then stops and says there's an error...any idea what could be causing this?

Have you tried more than one burning program? If you have, try the burner in someone elses PC.

If it still doesn't work, it's fucked :p

Yes, still didn't work.

Open the PC up and make sure the wires are fully connected.

I reckon it's fucked myself though

They're really cheap these days. Get one for like $20.

Or you could be a REAL man and get yourself a Blu-Ray writer

Are you using new blank dvds?

If so you may want to try updating the drivers.

It's for Music CD's...and Yes, I'm using blank ones. How do I update the drivers? :o

It just says something like "Burning Process has been stopped"

Yeah, probably dead. Not a big deal, as CD burners are crazy cheap now. My lightscribe DVD/CD burner half-died on me a while back.. pisses me off. I can burn CDs, just not DVDs.
