Ric Flair is returning to RAW WOOO Good thing he didnt retire

WAITTTTTT A SECOND!

:$

Xero 02-03-2009 09:02 AM

I figured he'd return but not this early.

Kane Knight 02-03-2009 10:33 AM

Flair retiring isn't canon.

Savio 02-03-2009 11:02 AM

returning why?

Team Sheep 02-03-2009 11:05 AM

As long as he isn't wrestling then he's still retired in my book. Nothing wrong with making appearances.

Xero 02-03-2009 11:06 AM

If Rourke doesn't do the storyline with Jericho then it probably will be Flair.

Team Sheep 02-03-2009 11:34 AM

That would be so sad after everything last year.

RP 02-03-2009 12:26 PM

Just taking any kind of bump is pretty much equal to unretiring for his age.

Xero 02-03-2009 12:45 PM

Considering his field of work, just doing a promo is equivalent to coming out of retirement.

Shaggy 02-03-2009 02:14 PM

I thoght it was so funny on raw when Jericho was talking about how Flair is now doing signings for money instead of wrestling....just because he was in town over here Saturday doing signings...but you had to buy a ticket to see him which ranged between $80-$110.

FourFifty 02-03-2009 02:59 PM

I think just about everyone here is being unfiar towards Ric Flair. It's not like he's going to lace up his boots and put the figure four on someone. It's not like the number of last matches and comebacks Hogan and Foley had. Chances are he's just going to be used to help get a non-wrestler over for WM.

Albeit it's not on the same level, May Young and Moolah did things while they were retired, and no one said anything. :shifty:

Jeritron 02-03-2009 03:05 PM

How do you know what will happen? I think everyones disgusted at the idea. I'd like to believe he won't have a match at Wrestlemania. It'd be terrible and ruin great things from last year.
But how am I supposed to be as sure as you that he won't? You pointed out exact example of why I shouldn't be

Destor 02-03-2009 03:21 PM

He isn't returning to wrestle folks, you all are being very stupid.

IC Champion 02-03-2009 03:21 PM

I wish Flair would just die already.

Fox 02-03-2009 03:43 PM

10:45PM on Monday night, Ric Flair walks down the isle to the ring. He begins to cut a promo about how good it feels to be back in front of a WWE crowd, etc, etc, WOO! All of a sudden, Randy Orton and his henchmen walk out and get into the ring. Orton proceeds to cut a promo on Flair. Ric simply says that he's proud of Randy. Orton says that his opinion doesn't mean a damn thing to him, and hits the RKO. Orton stares at him with that crazy look in his eyes. Orton punts Flair into oblivion.

Flair disappears again.

I tend to believe this, and really hope so. In the world of professional wrestling, you can never be sure.

Destor 02-03-2009 03:45 PM

I can, Vince will NEVER book him to wrestle again. Simple as.

Destor 02-03-2009 03:45 PM

If I'm wrong I'll never post here again.

Jeritron 02-03-2009 03:48 PM

That would make it extra heartbreaking if he did. Don't live up to that promise

Jeritron 02-03-2009 03:49 PM

I don't think he will either. I'm just saying I have some doubt in my mind, because of the past. It will disgust me

Destor 02-03-2009 03:50 PM

I have NOTHING to fear. He might wrestle again, but not for Vince. I promise you.

Jeritron 02-03-2009 03:52 PM

I still think they might pull off a swerve with Rourke. I'm pretty sure his agents are trying to save face until the oscar voting is over, but after that he could be brought in.

FINALLY, a reason to hope for a Flair match.

If he doesn't you leave forever.

KYR 02-03-2009 09:27 PM

Nah. I have to agree with Des here. Don't think he will ever wrestle for the WWE again.

You'll see.
