WWE Safe Style
Ok, Is there a specific publication, or list that outlines the 'safe' style that WWE employs? I'd like to know all of the moves that Vinny's banned.

Piledriver
Moonsault |
Just about anything badass in high-flying.
|
Or retardedly unsafe.
You know, because to be over, you need to do uber 720 flipping piledrivers off buildings. |
I'm looking at you, Jeff Hardy.

I don't see as many powerbombs as i'd like to.
|
I don't think moves are specifically banned unless they infringe on somebody's trademark moves. For example, there was a lot of talk about piledrivers being banned, but Undertaker and Jerry Lawler still do them. Swagger uses a powerbomb, Bourne uses a shooting star press, Matt Hardy uses a moonsault... the top guys get away with pretty much whatever they want.

No shit Sherlock.
|
I do not believe there is an actual list so much as people are told to cut certain moves from their set.
|
Yeah, no move infringing, no powerbombs for the most part (Swagger's is a relatively safe gutwrench version), no piledrivers for the most part and none of what was in that video.
|
I don't see any hurricuranas either, so does that mean no lucha stuff? I think Morrison has that great hurricurana, in to a mounted punch.
|
Outside of ladder matches, you're not gonna see much lucha beyond what Rey Mysterio and Morrison do on a regular basis.
