Thursday - Common Existence
 

i've listened to it once, and i really liked it. but i've pretty much liked anything they've put out. very solid showing, though. brings back a re-recorded track off of the envy split.

what are your thoughts on thursday's new album?

Vast improvement over the last album. Love "You Were The Cancer".

Is it better than City By the Light...?

Because that was a pretty weak album.

Wex, if I was going to buy a Thursday album, which one would I buy?

I know you asked WeX, but my favorite is War All the Time. Worth checking out IMO.

miles ahead of that, i must say.

i started with Full Collapse because that is the album that came out when i heard of them. it's a good release but fuck is it depressing. i think the sticker that came on the cd described it as "hardcore morrissey" which isn't exactly accurate but you get the idea.

even still, i would listen to Juan and check out War All the Time.

I just got it today. Haven't listened to it all the way through yet, but I like what I've heard.

Beyond the Visible Spectrum is still my favorite song. so good.
