Best and Worst Heels and Faces
 

I just wanted ypur opinions on who the best and worst heels and faces of all time are. These are my picks:

Best Heel : Rock
Best Face: Eddie
Worst Heel : Rey Mysterio (If it happens)
Worst Face: A-Train

Best Heel: Ric Flair
Best Face: Hulk Hogan

It's tough to pick worst heel and face. There are way too many and a ton of jobbers from the past who could easily take either. But the first that come to mind are...

Worst Heel: The Yeti
Worst Face: Duane Gill (Not Gillberg though. He was good people.)

Best Heel: Triple H
Best Face: Stone Cold

Worst Heel: Hardcore Holly
Worst Face: Hardcore Holly

(I am being serious here, not just Hardcore hating.)

As much as Rocky is my favorite, Stone Cold had a hotter face run. Austin had so much face heat, that even with Rocky's charisma it took him a while to match/surpass Austin.

Ask me again the next time The Rock makes more than a one month return, and I'll tell you The Rock hands down.

Worst Face: Goldberg (he never acted like a face)

No Way! RVD WAS A GREAT HEEL IN ECW. Damn, I thought he was a punk ass bastard when he came on ECW and started to fued with Sabu and shit. RVD was a great ECW heel.

BEST FACE(s): Stone Cold, Kurt Angle, Hulk Hogan
WORST FACE(s): Big Show, Owen Hart (you all know he was the King when he was a heel), Steve Mongo McMichael

BEST HEEL(s): Kurt Angle, HollyRock (2003 Rock), Hollywood Hogan, RAZZ
WORST HEEL(s): Jim Ross, Faarooq, Steve Mongo McMichael (yes, I hate Mongo)

Best Heel: Ric Flair- I remember him cheating at a house show against Macho man to keep the title. I stood up and screamed and called him some pretty bad stuff, much to my parents shock of what was coming out of their 10 year old's mouth. Best heel ever period.

Best Face: tie Hulk Hogan and Austin- both men represent diffrent era's in wrestling not to mention diffrent types of faces, therefore it's a tie.

Worst Heel: JR- they tried it twice and it didn't work, the man cannot play a heel im sorry.
Worst Face - The King - gets heat by acting like a sex offender and making younger talent sell for him, pathetic.

RVD is better as a cocky heel

Too much effort is needed to say them all, but I thought the Best Heel was Roddy Piper.

RVD as a heel in ECW was great times.

BTW, I'm changing my worst heel and worst face to Goldberg as well. Dammit man, he is just no good.

Best Heel: Ted DiBiase, Roddy Piper, Ric Flair, the Rock, Micheal "PS" Hayes (Austin and Mick Foley have both mentioned his mic work as influential.)
Best Face: Ricky Steamboat, Hulk Hogan, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Sting (as much as I disliked the Surfer Dude), the Rock

Worst Heel: Sting (this was only done to keep Hogan face, and boy did it backfire!), Lex Luger, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin ("Stunning" Steve is a heel, not "Stone Cold"), Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton (just kidding, Cult of Orton. I really mean the Road Warriors, they were too cool to hate.)
Worst Face: Rocky Miavia (not to be confused with the Rock, but his initial run blew and sucked at the same time), Doink (much better as a heel, especially if it's Matt Bourne), Hardcore Holly, Lex Luger (If he didn't have a good look, he'd be even more worthless), Jeff Jarrett (He's only over in Memphis)

Are we going by our own reactions, or what we thought was msot over?

Take Goldberg for example. I think he sucks all around, in everything he does.

but the guy was mad over with a lot of people...

Worst Face: Billy Gunn (outside of the DX days)

Guy loved overall: Foley

Best heel - Ric Flair, "dirtiest player in the game..." of course now he gets cheered for cheating, as he should.

Best face - Hulk Hogan, he was all about the kids and the Hulkamaniacs and the good ol' U.S.-of-A.

Worst heel - Gotta say Sting.

Worst face - I'll throw in a new one here and say Kevin Nash, circa 2002-2003. Mostly on the mic... he's not as funny when he's making fun of a heel. He's more funny when he's being an a**hole and making fun of good guys and whatnot.

Best Heel: Flair, hands down
Best Face: Hogan,,the guy was basically a superhero. He had his own frickin' cartoon.
(The Rock, if he was a full-time wrestler, could make a legit argument that he's both)

Worst Heel: Goldberg, he just couldn't do it
Worst Face: Lex Luger, zero personality, gave the fans NO reason to cheer for him

Gotta say that he got major overness in the 1993 survivor series when he slammed Yoko

I'm actually surpsied at how few people mentioned Triple H as the best heel. There was like never a question in my mind. I'd put Flair up there too, but Triple H man... I really love the guy, and his work, but I HATE him when it comes to the title, it's weird, like this paradox of thinking he is a badass, wanting to cheer him (I still do at times, I hope he owns Michaels), but being overcome with spite of his superglue belt.

Worst Face: A-Train (due to his homosexuality and limited charisma).
