Botching Your First Promo

I'm not talking about The Shockmaster, or other equally huge fuck-ups. I'm talking about more obscure botches, that may have been forgotten.

I remember the first time Randy Orton had a face to face promo, with Hardcore Holly, he uttered those immortal words "We'll have to see about that wo-now, won't we."

I don't know if this one was a botch, or whether they just didn't read it out loud beforehand, but Goldberg saying "So, Rock, you wanna know who's next, eh?" It came across really terrible, and sounded like he was doing a bad Canadian impression.
