We are all familiar with the dark past of Officer Alex Murphy, the grim details of his brutal death and resurrection, and his many shoot outs with baddies all over Detroit. What we don't know is how he came to be involved in professional wrestling, and more importantly, what is the relationship between him and his "good buddy" Sting? Are they work-out partners? Did they train together at police academy before Sting dropped out and decided to pursue professional wrestling? Why doesn't Robocop show up to help his "good buddy" when the nWo is taking over? Was there a falling out? Only you can...

Robocop is his sex machine.

Robocop got upgraded into 2.0 and during the upgrade, his memory was erased.

He now goes by the codename of Fedor Emelienko (sp?).

I suspect Sting won him over with a case of Gerber's, but they had a falling out when Robocop shit in his bag.

Sting's pink pants in that video are priceless. WCW used to have some awesome production value, I'll tell you that much. Still, they should've had Robocop roll through the stage and up the entrance way in his cop car. That way they could've gotten the famous "Robocop stepping out of police car" shot, as well as avoid the completely drama-less zombie walk down the entry ramp.

As far as the relationship, I figure Sting wrestled in Detroit one night and turned Officer Murphy into a "lil Stinger." He's #1 Sting fan all the way.

OMFG. Seriously, I am watching thinking "Did that really happen?"

And I do miss the days when Sting looked like Bridgette Nielsen. That was truly Thunder In Paradise.
