Any other Punk Goes... fans? I'm a big cover mark, so I always check these albums out.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about; Punk Goes... are a series of themed albums consisting of covers of popular songs. So far there's been Punk Goes Metal, Punk Goes Pop, Punk Goes 80's, Punk Goes 90's, Punk Goes Crunk (this is one is pretty awful imo) and the soon to be released Punk Goes Pop 2. There were also two Punk Goes Acoustic releases, which aren't covers, just bands playing acoustic versions of their songs.

Anywho, here's a little taste of what I'm talking about...

That band is nuts

Yeah, I had never heard of them until I heard that track, but I liked them so I downloaded their album. Pretty sick.

I agree man my friend showed me a bunch of their shit. Such a crazy style of music.

i generally prefer that my punk stay punk.

Some of those are really bad. Really bad. They sound like awful demos or live covers.

That's one of the poorer covers of Enjoy The Silence I've heard. :(

Some not too bad songs though.

although i will admit to being a fan of rufio's cover of like a prayer

Judging from the comments, I'm guessing that's not a leak, just a webrip of the MTV stream.
