Howard Finkle Needs To Announce Mania 25/Howard Finkle Appreciation Thread
http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g1...man3g/fink.jpg
Fink: The following thread is scheduled for ONE PAGE! It's the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania. What better way to remind us why the WWE is where they are than to have the greatest ring announcer of all time, Howard Finkle, announce the entire event? Discuss this and The Fink in general. :y: |
God, this needs to happen. :y:
agreed.
I've wanted him to announce for Wrestlemania again for a looooooong time now.
Disagreed. :n:

You are some kind of crazy. |

Also, I just never cared for his voice. |
I think you're the only person ever in the world that doesn't like the Fink's voice. Congratulations :y:
Howard Finkle is like the Kane of ring announcers.
Yeah, I mention Fink just about every time I see Garcia or Chimmel (Roberts is okay, not Fink though) It has to be a personal decision to not be on TV anymore because he is head and shoulders above just about every ring announcer in the biz, especially the ones under contract to Vince atm

Well, that's not what you said. :p
Fixed
Yeah, but that's clearly false.
I disagree
That is also false. You're just spewing fabrications now.
You're wrong.
I gotta agree with AfterLife. Not a huge fan of the Fink's voice, but he is soooo much better than everyone they have now.
Are we seeing a wave of "I don't care for Finkle" posts?
Wrestlemania X was awesome when Fink joined the Hair Club for Men.
It has to be either Fink or Roberts (current)...nobody else.
JJ is the shit. He can announce anything he wants.
Anybody but Lillian. Fink would be my first choice. Justin Roberts is the next best thing.
Mike McGurik
I agree.

He's great overall, but I'd rather take Fink for wrestling. |
Was thinking more for a special match. Like the Jericho one if he wrastles some celeb or some shit.
Fuck that, if Fink's announcing I don't want that douche doing anything.
I wish they had a contest where Fink would ride around with you and announce your day for you.
Buffer used to really hype up those Nitro main events, but he is no Fink.

I used to get chills whenever Fink would announce: "The winner of the match...and...NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW...World Wrestling Federation Champion..."
He NEEDS to announce at WrestleMania 25 |

Watching SmackDown!, I pretty much marked out for Howard Finkel being the announcer of The Dirt Sheet, although it sounded like he was almost trying to not sound like The Fink.
Howard Finkel announcing WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble are two things that I really want to see. Justin Roberts is a good ring announcer, and Tony Chimel is more than passable, but Lilian Garcia is pretty horrible. Replace her with The Fink, and things are perfect. I'd say it's his choice not to announce, though. Watching the first edition of SmackDown!, there was some angle where Tony Chimel was getting to announce, and someone told Fink to go out there and fight for the spot (it may have been Chris Jericho). Fink then went out there, pushed Chimel, took the mic, and I'm sure I saw him mouth calling Chimel a fag. There are some great Fink moments in professional wrestling. That man should probably go into the Hall of Fame this year, actually. |
