I think Scar is probably #1 on my list. There are a lot of great choices but how do you beat that? Not too many cartoon villains have regicide on their list of accomplishments.

MO JO JO JO!!!! Hell yeah! Seriously My vote woulda went to Megatron if he was there. Since he is not, I will align myself wit Cobra Commander. HE was the shit!

:drool: Starscream was the coolest 2nd in command. He completely would merk Megs if he had the chance...and he did. He was the first Decepticon to jump shit off in the movie when Braun died. He was a great foil.
