Have they ever had a match? I imagine it would be amazing. Especially if it had happened back in Shawn's prime.

Yeah, they had a match on Raw, back when HBK was World Heavyweight champion.

I remember that, wasn't it like two minuets and a run in DQ?

Rob Van Dam VS Shawn Michaels (both in their primes) would have been off the charts!

Andre the Giant vs. Big Show in their primes would have been EPIC.

RVD pwned Shawn Michaels during their first match on Raw.

I would love to see Brock Lesnar take on HBM.

I would have loved to see Christian vs Eddie at Wrestlemania or Summerslam.

As for one that can actually happen I'd love to see Kofi Kingston vs RVD... provided WWE gave them enough time.

John Cena vs. Santino Marella in a match where the first person to get a boner loses.

A few dream matches of mine would be:

Mr. Perfect vs RVD, not that jobbed out Heat shit a few years ago. A "real" match between them would have been perfect.

John Cena vs Hulk Hogan or The Rock, mostly Hogan though. It wouldn't be the best technically match in the world, but the two biggest wrestling personalities in the world for two different generations going at it would be huge.

CM Punk vs Chris Benoit, my God that would have been an awesome match.

It was a Hardcore title match, but it was on Velocity so it wasn't much.

They probably went up to Vince and asked for a feud and he threw them a bone.

Good match but should have been a proper program.
