Hogan and HHH was trying to hold him down, the fact that Ultimo recovered from the stumble is the amazing part.

The "Dragon Roaring" part of Ultimo Dragon's music was the same sound effect Tommy's Dragonzord had in Power Rangers.

And notice that the green ranger wore a chest piece similar to that of Ultimo Dragon. No wonder Ultimo is so great. He's a fucking Power Ranger.
