Charles 'Mask' Lewis
 

Don't know if anyone read this or not, but Mask - Charles Lewis from the TapouT crew passed away recently in a car crash on March 10th. I had no idea because I hadn't read it on here.

I met Mask once at a meet and greet and he was just a genuinely cool guy. Tons of energy and he was passionate about the sport. He will be missed.

I knew it days ago. I just didn't think it was an MMA story. He designed clothes that MMA fighters wore. If some other t-shirt designer died, it would be just as sad but still not an MMA story. Sorry to hear about any young person dying in such a shitty ending too.

Normally I'd agree, but Tapout and UFC grew together based on a lot of cooperative guerrilla marketing. Not saying the UFC wouldn't have grown otherwise, but I do think it did aid them.
