Dose Jericho need a "partner in crime"?
 

Jericho has pretty much always been a singles compeditor but I liked it when they teamed him with Lance Cade, do you think that they could team up Jericho with another young, cocky, up and comming star in his feud against "Old School"? Someone maybe a little taller, stronger than Jericho to kinda be his backup make him seem more intimidating?

If Jack Swagger wasn't ECW Champion right now I would suggest him.

He does fine on his own. Unless WWE needs to put some big guy who can't speak on the mic, then Jericho is fine. The angle that Jericho is doing right now involves a bunch of old timers, bringing in "muscle" would make Jericho seem weak.

yea, definately his fault to be booked to take an ass kicking ever week. yea, that will really get someone over. never talk, run like a coward and take an ass kicking. surely his fault. not saying Cade was a great worker or anything, but seriously, if they really wanted to give him a rub, which I thought was the point, they really did a fucking terrible job of booking him.

Nah, I like Jericho by himself right now. I wouldn't have complained if they had Orton and Jericho work together back when they worked together to take out Cena a few months back, but right now Jericho seems good solo.

I would like to see Jericho start working with lots of second generation stars who are pissed off at how Jericho has been treating their relatives. Guys like Sim Snuka, Jesse Gordy and even Chavo Guerrero could wrestle a good match with Jericho every now and again.

Jericho doesn't need anything. Jericho is guaranteed gold in pretty much everything he does. However, if WWE wanted to build up a younger guy by making him Jericho's lackey, then ok. But that wouldn't be helping Jericho. Mike Knox would be a good fit in that role.

However, given the writers' tendencies to book tag team matches where the lackey almost always loses, I don't see a Jericho lackey or any other lackey program working.

And that's 100% on creative. The days of lackeys/bodyguards like Diesel, Batista, Orton, and even Chyna are long gone. They haven't done a good lackey/bodyguard storyline in ages. They always just use the lackey as a jobber to the mentor's feud opponent. It didn't work with Cade, it didn't work with Ryder and Hawkins, it didn't work the Spirit Squad, it didn't work with Big Daddy V, it didn't work with Bam Neely, and I dare say it isn't working now with Rhodes and Dibiase.

I dont see how lugging around an open casket with a dead Ralphus in it will help Jericho or Ralphus.

I completely agree, I was thinking if they did give him a lackey, Mike Knox would be a good choice.

I dont know, I wasnt a big fan of Mr. Hughes with Jericho and Butterlips isnt the big imposing black man Hughes was. I think that there is still some potential between him and fairy cakes.

That big nig with Kendrick at least has the look. At the beginning that was enough to get Nash over so we'll see.
