I have seen requests for it in thier match thread . I feel the match itself deserves a whole thread to its self . That is why i didnt post it in the youtube thread . By far the best match at any WM . Would assume its in alot of peoples top 5 . Sure as hell is in my top 5. So here it is for all to see Taker VS HBK WM 25.

Yeah absolutely amazing. I wish HBK's entrance was in that first vid.

It was very well worked indeed. Still prefer Piper/Hart, Hart/HBK as top Mania matches.

Yeah, Taker-Michaels went 32 minutes. Freaking amazing.

Gonna be hard to beat this as Match of the Year.

Michaels/Morrison could. I'm just saying. The only way this will be topped is with MIchaels vs. Somebody special.










EDIT:This is complete fantasy booking, as I don't even see the WWE realizing the potential for such an awesome match.

I dunno, I still prefer Taker/Angle. I'll give it match of the year so far, though.

I think I'm gonna go in search of this. 2nd or 3rd time I heard u say this and unlike most of the new shit we're getting on here lately, I actually pay attention to what u say.

If you honestly think Michaels v. Morrison could ever top this match you are freakin crazy. They could put on a good match don't get me wrong, but the reason Taker v. Michaels was so great was because two legends put it on, two legends put all they had to make this match the best it possibly could. They both know how to put a great show on for the fans and they far exceeded what I thought they could do. I don't think any match could top it this year and it could be the best of this decade. Even if there is a great match sometime this year, it'll never be on the same stage as this because this took place at Wrestlemania. That is my opinion and don't want to see the day these two great superstars retire.

Does anybody have a video or a gif of Taker landing on his head outside of the ring? I want to show it to someone.

I watched the whole match via internet replay, as I don't have PPV here, and I have to say it was an incredible pleasure for me to have watched that match....how Mr. C and Shawn Michaels could do that, with their combined ages of 89, is beyond me. I knew that those 2 would have a classic at WrestleMania(hell, they could do it without trying, really), but that they had a masterpiece made me smile that I witnessed the greatest match in the WWE era.

To Shawn 'HeartBreak Kid/Man(?)' Michaels...to Mark 'The UnderTaker' Calaway...my hats off to you both. You nailed down what a feud and pay-off match is supposed to be! Thank you both for being WrestleMania 25. :)

And, yes...it's even sweeter to know that 17-0 is reality! I've been a loyal UnderTaker fan since 1992, and never thought he'd beat 4 different stables at Mania(Evolution, Rated RKO, DeGeneration X, and the Clique/Kliq 'Big 3' of Shawn-Kevin-Hunter), but...well...yeah. It's now happened, and if Taker did retire tomorrow, I think I'd be happy with 17-0 being permanent. Besides, after Shawn in a 30:44 affair at WM XXV, who could possibly face Taker at Mania now? Jericho? Cena? Those would likely be the last 2 that could face him at Mania, and Cena would likely have to turn heel to do so, which I don't realistically see happening in the strict storyline sense for a long while.

UnderTaker...17-0...fuck....that's just as enormous as Toronto's Rogers Centre(the former Skydome) to me. O.O

P.S. UnderTaker was also voted the Greatest Legend of WrestleMania in that vote on wwe.com associated with the video game 'Legends of WrestleMania' with 44%...ironically, HBK finished 2nd in the final poll of that vote. X-)

Okay. So if Taker/Shawn isn't match of the decade then what is?

I understand Taker/Angle is in the running. What else?
