Don King and Mike Tyson actually co-created D-X. They created it so that he would have a reason to appear in WWF and at Wrestlemania. To this day, Mike Tyson gets royalties for the use of the D-X name and merchandise.

See, I thought they only co-created "D-Generation-X", which explains why they've changed it to just "DX". They don't have to pay royalties this way.
