Bayside.

Just listened to this band for the first time like 3 weeks ago. I am seriously so fucking down with their music. Fantastic band. :y:

Juan enjoys them also. Therefore, I will download a few Bayside songs to see if I would enjoy them.

Triple Naitch 04-11-2009 01:06 PM

I like them.

mitchables 04-11-2009 02:35 PM

Got into them just before "the crash", where their drummer was killed and their bassist broke his back or whatever, then kind of lost track of them till earlier this year when I saw them live at Soundwave. They were excellent.

ron the dial 04-11-2009 02:44 PM

"masterpiece" is to this day the only song that i have heard from them. i enjoy it.

Big Fat Mike 04-11-2009 02:45 PM

Yeah, I met them at warped tour 2 years ago, and everyone in the band was a huge dick. So whether or not the music is good, they're dicks. That is all.

Juan 04-11-2009 07:12 PM

I LOVE Bayside. I just saw them again a few weeks ago In San Francisco :y:

One of their best songs.

Their first two albums are genius and their third is amazing. The fourth one is still growing on me.

Good band, met them a week before the crash, was weird knowing that a guy I talked to a week before was dead.

Devotion and Desire is the goods

download their self titled album

Supreme Olajuwon 04-17-2009 01:31 PM

A friend of mine at school was from Bayside, Queens and grew up around these guys so he got me into them. I saw them live about a month before the crash. They were unbelievable. Then like Mitch said after the crash I lost track and haven't picked it back up.

Supreme Olajuwon 04-17-2009 01:32 PM

If I had a gun and shot it at your face, would you promise not to get out of the way?

Yeah, same. Seen and talked to them at the Leeds leg of the tour then that happened. Was mental.

Also, Triple Naitch has posted my fave song (tied with Choice Hops and Bottled Self-Esteem)

The Gold Standard 04-18-2009 12:22 AM

I like them. The lead singer is a little different sounding, but that is what makes them so good.

Funky Fly 04-24-2009 12:31 AM

Song's alright. Not usually into this type of stuff, but I might check these guys out.
