I just watched this movie last night.

It's about adult film star John Holmes' invlolvement with a multiple murder in L.A. in the 1980's.

It was pretty decent, and Val Kilmer was actually enjoyable in the role.

Anybody seen it? Thoughts?

Yeah, I liked it. Good soundtrack too. Dylan McDermott was virtually unrecognisable.

The DVD had video footage of the actual crime scene with the bodies and shit. Scared the crap out of me, watching it at 3 in the morning.

Yeah, when the credits were rolling and I saw Dylan McDermott, I was like holy shit, I didn't even recognize him.

And yeah, I was jsut watching the crime scene footage, but I only watched the first 5 minutes or so, cause it was pretty creepy. How long is the footage? What all do they show?

It's like 10-15minutes IIRC. They show all the bodies, right where they are, and it's just nasty/freaky. One guy is dead, almost drenched in blood, laying against like a TV stand. The TV is on but the channel is all static/snow. And it's just wicked quiet except for the guy explaining the scene.

And the amount of blood, and the distance it splatters is pretty creepy too.

Also, do you know the name of the song playing in the DVD menus?

I don't remember what it sounded like. I saw it like 3 weeks ago. :-\
