NBA MVP

Who do you think should get the MVP this year??

DaveBrawl 04-14-2009 11:16 AM

In my opinion D-Wade.

Gertner 04-14-2009 11:29 AM

Mehmet Okur

Triple Naitch 04-14-2009 12:53 PM

Kobe's on the best team, but LeBron is having an out of this world season and his team is playing far better than thought possible.

D-Wade has better stats..

Triple Naitch 04-14-2009 04:09 PM

True, but something tells me this is LeBron's year.

The Gold Standard 04-15-2009 12:06 AM

It is going to be LeBron, he is on the best team with the best record. I think it should go to Wade, but Lebron will get it.

RP 04-15-2009 12:07 AM

Danny Granger

I see what you are trying to say, but the Cavs have a much better supporting cast than the Heat, meaning the Heat def wouldn't be near the playoff picture w/o Wade.. But the argument can be made that Lebron makes everyone around him better..

Look, I'm a huge Laker fan obviously, but I'm also realistic. Bron deserves it this year.

He does? They are pretty similar if you look at them.

I think LeBron is gonna win it this year, you could make a case for Kobe & Wade as well but like some others said I think it's LeBron's year.

Smokey 04-19-2009 01:36 PM

Kris P Lettus 04-19-2009 03:37 PM

Lebrons are right there with him, but as I said, Wade is doing it with a much lesser supporting cast..

IC Champion 04-19-2009 06:19 PM

I think your numbers may be off...

Kris P Lettus 04-19-2009 08:14 PM

Those are the official NBA stats..

SammyG 04-19-2009 08:27 PM

You are telling me Lebron averages 38 points a game? GTFO.

Kris P Lettus 04-19-2009 08:31 PM

That was the plays stats.. It change when I was doing it..

Just as easy to flip that though and say if you put LeBron on the Heat how good would his numbers be? (Seeing how he wouldn't other scoring options on his team)

Personally after watching all the guys play, I think LeBron should get it. I think he's the MVP of this season.

Casey Jones 04-19-2009 08:54 PM

LeBron James is the clear cut winner as far as I'm concerned. He is head over heels the best player in the game right now.

RatedGSuperstar 04-19-2009 09:48 PM

LeBron is the best player in the game. Dwyane Wade is the most valuable player to his team, IMO.

Just take a look at the Heat's roster -- there's no way they should have been the 5th seed in the East. They were a lottery team when he missed most of last season, and this year they have a fighting chance at winning a playoff series. My ballot would go Wade-James-Bryant, but that's just me.
