Now the thing that gets hit in the WWE is just from standing and JR just calls it the coast to coast

Also, is it just me, or does Shane's seem more impressive? I don't know the physics, but surly it must be harder to do it from a standing position than having that slight momentum from the springboard.

Has Van Dam ever done it in a WWE ring? or do they just let Shane. last time i saw him do it he barley hit the garbage can that gave him an extra 5 feet...still an impressive move.

And really, you're splitting hairs on the "Springboard" vs. "Coast to Coast" bullshit. It's essentially the same move.
