I loved Demolition don't get me wrong, they had the look and the attitude and even won the tag titles at Wrestlemania. E&C on the other hand were in the right place at the right time along with the Hardys and Dudleys, and had alot of more memorable matches. So E&C is who I went with.

I can never vote against E&C. To me, they are the greatest tag team in history and no tag team will ever be as awesome as them.

Edge & Christian revolutionized the Ladder Match. Demolition revolutionized, um, face paint and chaps? :wtf:

Have to go with Edge and Christian. I'm not sure if there is a team that reeks of awesomeness enough to pick over them.

Anyway, I voted Demolition out of pity and out of respect for their theme song.

I started watching wrestling around 92/93, but to be honest I really don't remember anything about Demolition (though if it means anything I do remember Crush lol).

What I've seen of Demolition on old tapes and dvds etc hasn't amazingly impressed me anyway, so it's E&C all the way!

I don't know how this isn't much closer. I mean I love E & C as much as the next guy, but Demolition were pretty amazing back in the day. I will come back to this (though I don't think my vote will matter by then).

Everyone says Edge and Christian innovated this match and such, they are a great team, but Demolition held the titles for the longest number of days for their reign (478 days). They were a great Tag Team.

I've always viewed Demolition for what they were (a cheap imitation of another gimmick) so while they did take their own path and were pretty awesome, they lost points. Plus I have never ever liked Crush.

Demolition was just a WWE ripoff of the road warriors. I much preferred the Powers of Pain to Demolition. The Barbarian=one of the legit tough guys in wrestling. But since it's E&C and Demolition, E&C win. E&C are more entertaining, smarter, and more technical. I will say Barry Darsow was much Better as Smash than Hole in One Darsow.

E&C against two seemingly Road Warriors wanna-be's.

Thiis should have been in the round before miz and morrison. Demoliton was Vinny's attempt to pawn the Road Warriors. Mr. Fuji in glam makeup= pathetic use of quality valet talent.

Ok. this isn't me. I'm looking over this and I feel like I'm trolling. Dude, I honestly didn't know of demolition. At the time these guys were over, I was a lad who was completely devoted to NWA rasslin'. Therefore Hawk and Animal was the only tag team in spikes and face paint that I knew. sorry abt.

there's a huge flaw in your statement. Your ignoring the fact that they were ON TOP of arguably the best tag team division in WWF history. They were put on top because they were a draw. People were cheering them when they were heels and thus the WWE had to turn them face. That's a sign that something is working and it did.

The huge flaw in my argument was stated in the above post guy. I told ABT and I will tell the board that Im searching out some footage so that I can make a more informed decision. If you have some recommendations, feel free to leave em here.

Also, Darsow was a decent promo during the Demoliton and Repo Man runs. Not so much for Stewart Pain or "Hole In One", though.

Interesting note: Barry Darsow, Curt Hennig, Rick Rude, Tom Zenk, and the Berzerker all went to high school together.

Their birthdays are all within a year of each other so maybe.

No question E&C are the better team, but I voted for Demolition. I think they're way underrated, they were the first 3-time WWE tag champs. And they had one of the coolest entrace themes ever.

I dunno, probably people who enjoyed them.

Demolition were atop a division that also had the likes of the Hart Foundation, Rockers, and a whole host of others.

The Hardys and Dudleys suck ass.

Demolition! One of my childhood favorites from the greatest era of wrestling.
