But I always thought Armageddon, Judgment Day and Vengeance were pretty badass.

Although not technically a PPV, it was a pretty big show. "The Night the Line Was Crossed." Undeniable isn't too bad either.

I always liked Starrcade, it wasn't quite Wrestlemania, but it still has a big feel to it.

Also, what is TNA's Wrestlemania? I think it's Bound For Glory right? If so, it should be Slammiversary, coz that's a pretty good name for a "main ppv of the year" thing.

I actually kinda liked New Blood Rising

I always liked the old boxing titles like "The Thrilla in Manilla" sort of stuff.

ECW presents "Hostile City Showdown" is a pretty bad ass name.

For event/show names, The Warzone is prolly my favourite weekly show, and some of the old WWF PPV names like 'Fully Loaded', 'Breakdown' and 'Armageddon' I thought suited what was actually happening in the Federation so well.

I've always liked the name Fully Loaded

Then there was Canadian Stampede

Wasn't there a PPV in WCW named Syn... the one where Sid made his infamous split.

I always liked Over the Edge. Thought they could do something with Edge and this back in the day, well, that obviously never got the chance to happen.

Anyone else think they should scrap the 'fixed' PPV names, and just do IYH names again? Keep Backlash and even fucking Armageddon. Even Cyber Sunday (due to the nature of the PPV).

I liked the IYH names and the way it would reflect the main event kinda.

Even though I was a hardcore WWF fan, I always liked Halloween Havoic I always wished the WWF would have used that name when they bought WCW for their own PPV's. I love Halloween, so I loved that there was a Halloween theme PPV.

Um, yeah, let's do away with the names Wrestlemania, Royal Rumble, and Summer Slam :roll:

I always liked Fully Loaded. Souled Out was cool, too, although I never watched WCW. The name is just good.

The WWE probably likes having some history behind each PPV. I wouldn't mind it if they came up with taglines for each PPV. Like, Judgment Day: Evolution of The Animal; or Extreme Rules: Innovating Violence.

I like Judgment Day

I don't know why Judgment Day is in May and then we wait until December until Armageddon. Seems like Judgment Day should be the immediate precursor to Armageddon.

By that logic, Survivor Series should then follow Armageddon.
