It looks like we're going to get a Goldust/Hornswoggle tag team? Discuss -- or would you rather not?

Probably not so much a tag team as a wreslter/manager tandem. Both of them needed something to do, so why not? Goldust is freakish enough for Hornswoggle to make sense with him. I'm placing a bet now that Hornswoggle starts painting his face and being called Goldswoggle or Horndust.

Would not surprise me in the slightest. What really worked about Goldust as a comedy character when they did turn him face in 2002, was that he was partnered with Booker T -- who was a lot more serious. Goldust would have worked fine with, say, Hardcore Holly as a tag team partner. Holly talking about how they are hard-nosed veterans that deserve to be treated like VIPs, with Goldust just being Goldust beside him, and maybe making remarks about being into a different kind of hardcore.

I personally prefer Goldust being edgy like he was in 1996 than him doing comedy. His promos during the feud with Roddy Piper were amazing

Hornswoggle probably weighs less than 129 pounds.

Goldust and Hornswoggle being paired together would be cool if Finlay started to confront "that freak," Goldust on Superstars, trying to be a protective parent. But the brand split prevents them from actually having a match until they make some kind of "interpromotional match deal" for a PPV, or a television show.

Goldust and Finlay as a team would be pretty cool.

Actually, yeah. It would fit the comedic character/straight man dynamic I was talking about earlier. Plus, Finlay is still actually relevant, so it'd be a useful boost for Goldust.

A golden painted homo and a leprechaun.

Anything can happen in the WWE, folks.

They'll probably team with the crossdressing Italian.

And feud with the samoan tribal man.

Maybe cross paths with Zombie MMA Fighter.
