The Official TNA fire vince russo and hire paul heyman petition thread

Oh and also hire Joey styles, i fucking love that guy.

how many times have you heard at a TNA event the crowd chant 'FIRE RUSSO' *clap clap clap clap clap*

well i agree, tna should kick his ass to the curb, the guy is poison he kills ratings.

Xero 06-01-2009 10:50 AM

Russo needs to go.

Heyman will never come in.

Styles going to TNA would make me lose more respect for him, and that's pretty hard at this point.

BRING BACK GAIL KIM

Xero 06-01-2009 11:06 AM

Watered down ECW.............. You aren't from the Vault, are you?

Kim was a big blow to TNA.

yeah watered down, one would equate it to sunday night heat of the late 90's

and gail kim is the best female wrestler on the planet

CSL 06-01-2009 11:19 AM

She might be 'up there' when it comes to North American women but she is definitely not the best female wrestler on the planet

Vastardikai 06-01-2009 11:22 AM

Hire Sumie Sakai....

You don't even need to hire Heyman: Promote Cornette to head booker and run TNA like it's Pro Wrestling, not Sports Entertainment.

I mean, it's just crazy enough to work.

It's also sane enough not to happen.

Innovator 06-01-2009 11:28 AM

Dutch should go also

kareru 06-01-2009 11:43 AM

ooh and scott steiner should go, i mean does anyone ANYONE enjoy or look forward to a scott steiner match?

kareru 06-01-2009 11:52 AM

http://http.cdnlayer.com/tnawrestlin.../robterry1.jpg

and rob terry, i mean what is he for????

he obviously isn't good on the mic otherwise he would be the 'mouthpiece' of the BI

he obviously isn't a very good wrestler or he would have had at least 1 match, and i saw him beat up 3D i think it was, the guy cant even execute a stomp properly

ROB TERRY YOU'RE FIRED

Dorkchop 06-01-2009 12:10 PM

They should let Cornette book

Sovereigntywillpr 06-01-2009 12:30 PM

If they could get Eric Bishoff, Russo, Heyman, Cornett Ect and have one old time promoter (Cornette maybe) being able to vito all their idea's and just basicly let them brainstorm without any big power of the wrestlers or the final bookings.

I could just see them holding out for a lot of money.

Sovereigntywillpr 06-01-2009 12:34 PM

They should also put fans idea's on the table too (I'm pretty sure they already do, so many times I've seen someone say a scenerio that isn't of the obvious , as wrestling has become pretty predictable. and it actually came to happen the way they described it...I'm sure somethings been said before.)

Nicky Fives 06-01-2009 02:10 PM

They have one of the best minds for the business on the payroll already (Jim Cornette). Give him something to do thats meaningful, instead of wasting all of his talent on 30 second promos every couple of Impacts

The MAC 06-01-2009 02:11 PM

maybe divide the booking. Russo gets lower and middle card. Cornette gets main event.

ministrychick77 06-01-2009 02:26 PM

just get rid of russo entirely. he needs to leave before i see a fish on a pole match..

mantell too. also most of the MEM.

cornette for booker

lmao

omg a fish on a pole match, don't give him any ideas

Mr. Nerfect 06-03-2009 11:25 AM

TNA has actually been pretty stable recently. I mean, as far as ratings go, they aren't doing any worse than what they have been doing in the past, are they? Granted, they aren't doing any better.

Vince Russo and Dutch Mantel being booted out for Jim Cornette would be awesome. I'd love to see Paul Heyman get hired, but that's not going to happen. There are a few talents in TNA that I would remove from the air, and move into backstage roles. There just needs to be a slight move in philosophy for TNA. I think they should be aiming for angles based around wrestling, and not wrestling based around angles.

Dave Youell 06-03-2009 07:35 PM

It's been noted for a long time that Russo only books about 10% of the show, Dutch and Jeff book the rest, Russo's main job is fitting all the idea's into a 2 hour slot.

Plus, why would you change a booking committee that is producing the best viewing figures you've ever had?

That's about 4 too many ego's to make it work.

You reckon TNA is just one big clusterfuck now?

I'm reminded of Dixie Carter responding to "Fire Russo!" chants by saying "Russo doesn't even book the show." Points are being missed.

FourFifty 06-03-2009 10:09 PM

I would sign a petition to get Vince Russo fired from Fatburger.

The Pope 06-05-2009 11:34 PM

He's just the big man

I do not care if Russo is the booker, the baker, or the candlestick maker. I don't care if he sets the ground work for the story lines or the ground work for the concession stands. I stand by my original quote.
