James has played drums in the band The Spastic Children since 1986

Kane Knight 06-07-2009 01:20 AM

I figured someone in Metallica had to.

Kalyx triaD 06-07-2009 01:26 AM

Yes James is multi talented, that's why Metallica is the greatest band that ever lived.

EVER LIVED.

Big Fat Mike 06-07-2009 02:40 AM

Settle down, drunk Dmac

Have you ever played "Enter Sandman" in front of your mom?

Could think of at least 25 bands that have multi-instrumentalists in them, and for equally or more impressive switches than guitar to drums. Not the measure of the greatest band that EVER LIVED.

Kirk could kill you with a solo.

Stickman 06-07-2009 02:14 PM

They're still the greatest.

Don't misunderstand me. I wasn't hating on the clips or anything, nor saying it's not talented or watchable. It's just not EVER LIVED type hype worthy.

Kalyx triaD 06-07-2009 02:36 PM

Have you ever...

Got nothing now.

D Mac 06-07-2009 04:59 PM

They are better the The Mars Volta. :p

Requiem 06-07-2009 05:23 PM

^That's a laugh. I've barely heard much Mars Volta, but I've heard enough to know that they're better than Metallica.

Sue me for Definition of Character?

(Yes, not defamation, as he has none)

Roger Taylor>Lars Ulrich.

Don't make me come down there.

Requiem 06-07-2009 05:32 PM

It is pretty bad when a singer who can't sing and is mediocre on guitar, plays as 'good' as the drummer who can't drum.

Kalyx triaD 06-07-2009 05:36 PM

Have no idea what you're talking about.

D Mac 06-07-2009 05:36 PM

That's it. Nixa here I come.

Requiem 06-07-2009 05:41 PM

Fisticuffs it is.

Why would you compare a drummer with a lawyer is beyond me.

Big Fat Mike 06-09-2009 05:21 PM

Did you hear lars at the end of that video?

"We don't have time to have a good time"

What a dick.

1_Pablo_Angel 06-09-2009 06:20 PM

Well everyone knows Lars is weird. Actually they're all pretty weird now. I'd like to go back in time to when they were touring with GNR and making MOP and RTL. They were awesome back in the day.
