Would you agree that booker T is one of the best on the mic?
 

I was watching some of his King Booker stuff on youtube, and that got me thinking, while he might not be the greatest I would have to say he is up there.

No, I wouldn't. I can barely understand what he's saying 7/10s of the time.

He is decent IMO.

He is very good on the mic, but his King Booker stuff while amusing is not his best.

For some truly good Booker T Mic work try to find his pre WM Promo when he fought HHH for the World title, I dont remember where to find the promo anymore but its the one where he busted out his old "Dont hate the player, Hate the Game" line and he almost spat it in Trips face.

How is he in TNA? I never watched him in it is he good?

Booker always had a strange charisma about him, but I don't know if I'd put him on any all time list for anything.

My favorite Booker T was the one running from Steve Austin and finally getting caught at a grocery store.

I don't like him on the mic. You can't understand him most of the time unless he talks normal. We he does he stupid different accent of the month deal it is annoying.

Jerry Flynn could cut a mean promo, but they never really let him.

He's average. He was better when he had a partner in Goldust. God he was sooo funny with Goldie.

His is really funny though.

He gave a promo this week on Impact on Samoa Joe, it was hilarious, he was trying to sound tough, but he was almost crying at the same time.

Booker T is definitely one of the most entertaining on the mic, but I don't know if I'd call him anywhere near "the best." I'd trust him with a promo, and I'd trust him to keep the fans entertained with his mic work, but I don't think his mic skills will take him to the Hall of Fame.

I think Booker T would make an interesting color commentator when he steps out of the ring, though. He's just got that entertainment-factor, and he's never at a loss for words.

I loved Scott Steiner ripping into Samoa Joe a few weeks ago. "He's fat!" I think it was Booker T who legitimate cracked up when Steiner just screamed that line.
