The Stig, the mystery driver who tests high-performance cars on Top Gear, has been "revealed" as Michael Schumacher.

The seven-times Formula 1 champion dressed as the show's famous driver and removed his helmet during an interview with presenter Jeremy Clarkson.

But it is unclear whether he really is the Stig or whether it was all a stunt.

I've been going out of my way to avoid knowing who the Stig is, and then you come here and mindlessly spoil something that I was waiting for the perfect time to find out.

The Stig's name is Ben Collins.

It's more about what was on the show. Not who the stig is.

Thought it was fairly clear that Schumacher was revealed since it would have had to be him doing the power lap in the Ferrari. Only 30 of the things in the world they aren't handing it over to just give anyone for a go. Its that Ben Collins lad still as far as I know.
