Jericho and Goldberg's backstage fight

what's the story?

Goldberg supposedly started something backstage during his WWE stint (something to do with their feud that never was back in WCW).

I think Jericho won.

Jericho called him Jewberg and then choked him out.

Quick Google search says that Goldberg was making comments backstage about Jericho's size during an episode of Raw. Word eventually got back to Jericho, and right after getting behind the curtain after his match confronted Goldberg. Goldberg grabbed Jericho by the throat, but Jericho easily took him down before the fight was broken up.

There are accounts out there saying Kevin Nash (the guy Goldberg was talking to) and Hurricane Helms (the guy who snitched to Jericho) were also involved in the story, but I don't know how accurate that is. Someone else can probably give a better answer than this. ;)

- More news has been reported on the backstage altercation between Bill Goldberg and Chris Jericho this past Monday after RAW. The word is that Jericho was upset due to a ignorant comment made by Goldberg earlier in the evening about Jericho being "small" and not liking to sell for people. The comment made by Goldberg, was spread quickly amongst the wreslters and surely enough it made its way back to Jericho. After his match, Jericho came back through the curtain and right away he confronted Goldberg about it. Without any hesitation, Jericho and Goldberg got into it right then and there. From there, Goldberg grabbed Jericho by the throat and Chris slapped his arm away. Jericho then put him in a front facelock and then took him to the ground at which point the two were then separated.

Just in case you'd want to know how exactly did he take him down.

Was it this fight that Goldberg started making his character snarling noises, or was that another fight in WCW? Jericho, using his training well there.
