2. Does your character have a logo? Because that is a no go for online.

What game console do you have it for? 360, PS3, PS2, Wii, DS? That makes a pretty big difference, since some versions are different.

Created characters cannot be used online if they have logos or letters on them.

If it's PS3, it could be as simple as no one is playing it online. Check your manual, since it usually tells you what to do.

it wont even let me go online . i mean when i go to click on the online icon it wont let me do anything

Maybe it's disabled. Maybe you should look at your settings in both the game and the PS3. Maybe you're asking in the wrong place because most of us here have xbox 360s.

Well I have a PS3, and as long as I'm connected to the internet, the game gives me no problems at all. Not really sure what to tell you beyond that.

now this is my first time doing this do u have to have an account already set up? i have no account first time i have ever tried going online with it
