How do you feel about the wild west? Red Dead Redemption is due out by the end of the year and it's open world like GTA and by the same company but it's San Diego studio. The game world is 3 times the size of GTA IVs world, seasons will change, the game will contain 40 types of animal to hunt or tame, "realistic" reactions and physics by using the RAGE and Euphoria engines.

It basically means things react as they would in reality with no pre-set animations. Shoot a horse and it'll collapse dynamically depending on speed and angle etc and the riders physics react to however the horses physics react. Same idea for objects. It's unlikely you'll see things react the same way twice.

Me, too. I thought that shit wasn't gonna drop until sometime in '10 (ME 2). But yeah, between that and Bioshock 2, holy hell, those 2 alone are going to give gamers a lot of shit on their plate, not that I'm not plenty thankful to the gaming Gods. And, wow, is AC2 coming this fall or winter also? If so, that's even more awesomeness.

PLUS, if that weren't enough, since my bro doesn't have XBL capabilities on his 360, he will probably pick up the second Fallout 3 expansion on disk whenever that drops (it has Broken Steel [the "one that lets you play to Level 30" or w/e], Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta), and probably also, since we're both pretty stoked for a couple of new GTA IV flavor's, we'll probably end up playing Episodes From Liberty City, which has both expansions (The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony)...oh, my poor poor thumbs...:shifty:

Nah, but there can never be too much gaming goodness, am I right? (oh, wait, I mean except for companies who make games based on buying multiple accessories, and then trying to force us all to keep shelling out for new installments every 3 months! I'm looking at you, Guitar Hero V, DJ Hero, and Band Hero).

Everything I'm seeing for that game says Jan.-Mar. Where are you getting this March - May stuff?

Also, it seems there may be a Mass Effect 3 out sometime in 2011.
