If TNA can somehow get a Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley match on one of their PPVs, I think they could get huge buyrates.

Most likely, but Bobby Lashley is signed with the company. I'm sure Dana White would have a problem with Lesnar even stepping foot in a wrestling ring (from what I've gathered from statements from him), but Lesnar seems to be embracing the role as the villain in MMA. He might just be courageous enough to do something like that. I assume he would be under some sort of exclusive contract with the UFC, though (I'm not sure how they work their shit).

Lashley and Lesnar, even if they just had one wrestling match on TNA PPV, could also give the UFC publicity, which they may like. Although it won't happen down the line, if they do run Lesnar vs. Lashley as a fight, Lesnar vs. Lashley as a wrestling match could be used in the selling of that. I dunno.

UFC doesn't need TNA's help with ratings..
