NES & SNES Side scrollers/beat 'em ups

Oh good people of the interwebs, I need your help!
My brother is going to Iraqistan soon, and the only wi-fi he has while training breaks up pretty often. He has given me the task of finding various side scrollers and beat 'em ups for the NES & SNES (roms). So, hook me up with a list of roms to send him?

The best beat them ups are like... TMNT IV Turtles in Time and Battletoads & Double Dragon. SNES is the better platform for those games.

What's in it for me?!

oh god yes.

SNES:
Batman Returns
Final Fight
Final Fight 3 (not Final Fight 2, tho. That one sucks)
Brawl Brothers
Super Double Dragon
Battletoads in Battlemaniacs
that's all I got off the top of my head right now

There are 346743834587 games like that tho.

The Jayman 08-17-2009 01:32 PM

SNES

Peace Keepers
Rival Turf
all 3 final fights

Mighty Morhpin Power Rangers

No seriously, I loved that game

Kapoutman 08-17-2009 04:23 PM

I loved it too back then.

given taht you can get like a huge list of 'all' snes games in one rar for less than a gb, you should just go to a torrent site.

Marvel Super Heroes: War of the Gems & X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse were a couple of pretty good ones if he's into comic books.

thedamndest 08-17-2009 04:32 PM

They must have really slashed that budget if he's forced to supplement basic training with 8-bit and 16-bit beat 'em up games.

Really? you think Mutant Apocalypse is hard?
back in the day when I was a kid I was only good with Cyclops, Wolverine and Gambit. To get through the whole game I had to invite friends who were good with beast and psylocke so we could beat the Genosha stages. I don't find it so hard now.
As far as the Power Rangers go..that game is awesome. My friend and I use to play that all the time. He actually bought it from me because he liked it so much. Good times.
