Kurt Angle Arrested

TNA champion Kurt Angle was arrested this morning after a female TNA star he was involved in, who had an active order of protection against him spotted Angle allegedly following her while she was at a Starbucks today.

According to a source at the Robinson Township, PA police department, Angle was pulled over after the woman he allegedly stalked called police.

The TNA champion was found carrying "a capped syringe and two vials of Human Growth Hormone Hygetropin" in his car. Angle claimed he had a valid prescription for the HGH

Angle has been charged with driving with a suspended license (stemming from his refusal to take a breathalyzer test during his DUI arrest last year, which is an automatic suspension), illegal possession of the HGH), breaking an order of protection and harassment.

PWInsider.com is keeping the identity of the female star confidential, although it should be easy to figure it out as he's mentioned her publicly in media appearance in the past, giving the impression they were no longer together. The woman in question is not Karen Angle.

I am told the Pittsburgh media will likely go with the story tonight on their evening newscasts.

Angle is scheduled to main event tomorrow's TNA Hard Justice PPV against Matt Morgan and Sting, but TNA has not returned PWInsider.com's requests for comment as to his status at of this writing.

For some bizzare reason when I saw kurts hair attempt to make a triumphant return to his head only to fail and his beard I thought two things 1 he looks like hes spent time in a cave or a madhouse and hes just seeing the sun 2 he would have been great to play dr loomis in the halloween remakes as loomis is also questionably insane and a creepy stalker

At around 8AM, Biggers called police again, stating that Angle was stalking her. She had gone to a Starbucks to use the internet, and told police that Angle had her phone and had been circling the parking lot. She claimed Angle was deleting photos from the phone, which were described as “pictures of abuse”.

Seriously, this is a damn shame. Kurt is a talented performer, and it seems the stresses of the business are getting to him right now. The dude probably needs some time off, at least for publicity's sake. It seems like momentum might swing back to Jeff Jarrett's side now, which might put Kurt on outs with the company. I dunno, but TNA is more interesting off-screen than it is on, right now.

I just hope Kurt doesn't hurt himself or someone else. The dude should probably just go and take a movie role, or something, and chill the fuck out. He's probably not the best guy to be holding the TNA World Heavyweight Championship right now, so he'll probably drop it off to someone tomorrow night. Sting is a bad choice, and Matt Morgan is still too unestablished at the top to really get a run, even under desperate circumstances. They should somehow get AJ Styles in the match, and put the title on him, or have Hernandez cash in his briefcase, and just pull the trigger on him.
