Orton vs HHH/Orton vs Cena

Does anybody care anymore? Does it even matter who wins?

thedamndest 08-30-2009 01:09 PM

No and no.

Favre4Ever 08-30-2009 01:12 PM

Nobody wins.

GD 08-30-2009 01:15 PM

I mean HHH versus Cena is always a good watch but they have fucked it up in all kinds of random battle royals, triple threats & fatal 4 way matches.

addy2hotty 08-30-2009 01:36 PM

Whoever wins, we lose.

kareru 08-30-2009 01:38 PM

pinfalls do not count in this match therefore the match will be restarted.

the stipulations will be 'the fans die a little inside' match

The Gold Standard 08-30-2009 04:45 PM

This is one of the reasons I have been feeling that Orton has gotten stale. He has no one new to face. It is HHH, Cena, and Bats. Thats it.

However, I would like to see a long feud between Orton and Cena, I know it isn't the same, but similiar to Austin/Rock. They seem to work well together, and Cena takes the best RKO.

GD 08-30-2009 04:50 PM

Orton needs to go back to his happy mode for a while. (Watch the main event Survivor Series Elimination tag team match from 2004)

The Gold Standard 08-30-2009 04:51 PM

I would love to see Trips bury Cody though.

Kane86 08-30-2009 04:51 PM

No it does not matter!!!!

Fuck these matches................and close this thread.

blak23 08-30-2009 05:46 PM

I dont even bother watching when theyre on tv anymore

XCaliber 08-30-2009 06:42 PM

Not really both these feuds have been way overdone. That much more reason to look forward to Legacy and DX crumbling. Might actually shake things up a little then again maybe not.

ClockShot 08-30-2009 06:49 PM

Orton gotta get that IED thing going again.

Him vs. The McMahons were good times.

Afterlife 08-30-2009 06:57 PM

Orton needs....

*sigh*

I was about to say "Orton needs an injury", but the last hiatus didn't help him. And I remembered that Batista is coming back, and even after his injury leave, he's still going to be a boring, bland entity. So I doubt a break from tv is going to freshen Orton up at all. To be honest, I think the only way to consider saving Orton is to put him on SmackDown, but I don't want to risk muddling Ziggler or Morrison.

What needs to happen is that Cena gets sidetracked into another grudge feud, like Triple H is right now, and a new contender takes Orton's belt in a total upset. I don't care if it's MVP, Henry or Evan Bourne, someone new has GOT to get involved.

I think you are completely right. I would not mind MVP taking the belt.

Kane86 08-30-2009 07:02 PM

Look, I don't care if Triple H is champion. Honestly, I don't if anyone is going to hog the spotlight on RAW. I would much prefer him and the way the title looks just does not help the title scene at all.

They also could us Shawn Micheals or fuck if they had balls EVAN BOURNE!

But the E lost its balls when it got the F out.

XCaliber 08-30-2009 07:09 PM

It seems to be that Vince is gonna be in the same bind he was in about 5 years ago when he couldn't figure out who to push to the main event. There were plenty of guys already in the locker room worthy but instead we got a juggernaut like rookie that lasted all of what a few years if that. I just hope history doesn't repeat itself and Vince takes a risk on someone for a change.

So much potential for Orton, all lost once the Royal Rumble PPV ended and Shane appeared on RAW

Afterlife 08-30-2009 07:40 PM

Potential for what?

His potential has been gone since he lost the WHC to Triple H in '04

Otherwise, He is another great waste of money.

No, I'm really asking. He can't wrestle, his speeches are all the same and he doesn't win without assistance. What potential was there?

No there was no potential for one thing I can not agreee with Vince Playing the victims. I would much rather see Randy Orton and Vicne working side by side. But, Vince does not play the victim good at all because we all know he is piece of shit.

So him punting Vince meant absoultely nothing and while he did have good build up to WM 25. Randy chose not to put forth any effort into his performance. WM 25 showed how much of a piece of shit Randy is and how much he loves slapping the business in the the face.

Juan 08-30-2009 08:06 PM

He can't wrestle in your opinion.

Around the time that he punted Vince and RKO'd Stephanie the crowd was in the palm of his hand. He had momentum, but they neutered him and turned him into a chicken shit heel.

You do know that Randy doesn't book the angles and matches himself, right?

No Orton turned himself into a chickenshit heel.

Yeah always blame the booker.

So the writers book everyone's character except Randy Orton?

XCaliber 08-30-2009 08:11 PM

Orton has made it clear on several occasions that he dislikes being a face so I wouldn't be hoping for him to have one anytime soon.

I will agree that the punts seemed like they were going somewhere, but it wasn't just the bookers that "neutered" him. The storyline led to Orton vs. HHH, and theire god awful match is was let the Universe down. Seems to me that's when his steam began to leak. The booking hasn't helped, to be sure, but his lack of ability in the ring is, in simple fact, his biggest hindrance.

Excuse me and listen and shut the fuck up, ok?

Randy Orton has a piss poor additude and also he is one of theones backstage that has some say so in what goes one. Hell, look at what he had done to Mr. Kennedy.

So do I believe the writers book everyone elses character? Yes I do.

But there are select few back stage you and I both know this that get a say so in what they want to do. Randy being one of them and Writer not a booker can not write everything they do in match and expect them to memorize it. Its fucking impossible so at WM 25 Triple H was giving it his all but ORton thought it was beneath him and gave us 15 minutes of headlocks instead.

Do I know Orton has talent? You bet I do he just chooses not do anything with himself.

Orton is a very bad wrestler, but I wouldn't dare to blame that match solely on him.

screech 08-30-2009 08:22 PM

Kane86 is talking out of his ass again.

Afterlife 08-30-2009 08:23 PM

THis is true. He seems very upset.

No thats my opinion you don't have to agree but you can show some common deciency and respect it.

screech 08-30-2009 08:25 PM

On topic, I like watching Orton and Cena wrestle, but I do agree that the feud is overdone (as is HHH/Orton). Like Afterlife said, someone new needs to emerge while the top guys get sidetracked with grudges.

It seems like RAW has too much ME talent for its own good, but if some of those guys were in grudge feuds, fresh faces could rise to the main event.

Kane86 08-30-2009 08:26 PM

Evan Bourne needs to rise to the occasion.

I never said I didn't respect your opinion. I respect everyone's opinion because I'm a stand-up guy. I just said you're not making any goddamn sense.
