Okay, who didn't mark out... (RAW Spoilers)

For the DX/Shockmaster segment?

I thought it was hilarious.

(Thread will have video when available)

Hornicane 08-31-2009 11:12 PM

I lol'd.

CSL 08-31-2009 11:12 PM

Dunno about mark out but it was fun. All the DX/Dusty segments were.

SuperSlim 08-31-2009 11:13 PM

That segment... was pricelessly awesome.

Afterlife 08-31-2009 11:15 PM

Dusty was great tonight, and the Shockmaster re-enactment was amazingly spot-on.

screech 08-31-2009 11:17 PM

It was pretty great

Triple Naitch 08-31-2009 11:17 PM

Loved the AA cameo.

Kane86 08-31-2009 11:19 PM

I loved the shameless plugs they gave out for the dvds. Yes, The AA cameo was priceless.

Londoner 08-31-2009 11:35 PM

loved all the DX segments.

Jannettyzilla 08-31-2009 11:37 PM

Fantastic.

IRodC 08-31-2009 11:37 PM

AA was the best

Lock Jaw 08-31-2009 11:38 PM

Liked the bit about HBK and the Attitude Era.

Londoner 08-31-2009 11:38 PM

Attitude my backside!

The Gold Standard 09-01-2009 12:39 AM

I liked all of the segments with DX and Dusty.

Santino made the Shockmaster even better.

The Gold Standard 09-01-2009 12:39 AM

I also like all the cheap shot they were taking at WCW

DAMN iNATOR 09-01-2009 02:01 AM

It was alright I guess, but RAW overall was still God-awful...to make matters worse, as soon as I saw this so-called "Shockmaster", and heard him speak, before the reveal, I was already like, "that is sooo Santino under that helmet..."

Skippord 09-01-2009 02:25 AM

being that I hate everything related to Santino I didn't like it

#BROKEN Hasney 09-01-2009 02:33 AM

lol AA

Gertner 09-01-2009 02:40 AM

lol it's like this Raw was created for the IWC.

Favre4Ever 09-01-2009 02:50 AM

These guest hosting shows seem pretty hit or miss...this one was definitely a hit in my book. And as lame as those DX shameless plug segments usually are, tonight's had me cracking up for some reason.

Blitz 09-01-2009 02:59 AM

God help me, but I actually agree with Damninator here.

Stealth-Icon 09-01-2009 10:03 AM

Dusty Rhodes was the best that I have seen him in years as GM. DX was hilarious. This was one of the better RAW shows that they had in a while. Hell, I even liked Cody coming out in the beginning saying that Dusty is his father to Randy. Except Cody has that Gay nose ring that needs to be ripped out.

Mr. Nerfect 09-01-2009 11:30 AM

On paper, it sounds awesome. I'll save my judgement for tomorrow, but DX segments never sound good on paper to me. They are easily at their best when they are referencing the business. "HICKENBOTTOM!"

RatedGSuperstar 09-01-2009 12:39 PM

DX segments in better quality:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Jw45UqVhpUQ&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&feature=player_profilepage&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Jw45UqVhpUQ&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&feature=player_profilepage&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

From about 1:30-4:30
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/vhmZBPx7EIg&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&feature=player_profilepage&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/vhmZBPx7EIg&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&feature=player_profilepage&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

After the divas match, a little after the 8 minute mark:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/hnE9ZpiAy3E&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&feature=player_profilepage&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/hnE9ZpiAy3E&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&feature=player_profilepage&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Blakeamus 09-01-2009 05:55 PM

It seemed like they put a lot of effort on the segments than the matches...the 4 Way was decent....but everything else was poop.

parkmania 09-01-2009 07:29 PM

The only thing that would have made the Shockmaster segment better would have been if they had actually gotten Fred Ottman (I think that's his name - Tugboat/Typhoon) to come in for the part. Santino was too obvious for that.

And I know, the casual fan wouldn't have any idea who Fred was...

311 09-01-2009 07:39 PM

The Beth Pheonix/Mickie James match was one of the most entertaining divas matches I've ever seen.

Droford 09-01-2009 07:46 PM

I thought for sure HHH was gonna pull out a Terra Ryzing match from WCW.

Executioner 09-01-2009 08:25 PM

Arn saying "Sorry, Dream." did it for me. AA is the man!

That would have been epic.

FourFifty 09-01-2009 08:30 PM

Better version

Seth82 09-01-2009 08:52 PM

That Shockmaster skit was by far my favorite moment of the night

and Arn Anderson making a cameo was even more awesome

Indifferent Clox 09-02-2009 12:38 PM

I marked out for Orton RKOing Dream after Dream helped them. I didn't really expect either thing to happen, but especially not the RKO.

abec 09-02-2009 04:53 PM

lmfao "it shoula worked!"

They fucking recreated that perfect even the helm hahaha

even arn voicing it lmfao

Anybody Thrilla 09-04-2009 12:59 PM

Pretty hilarious. Arn running away was perfect.

IC Champion 09-04-2009 02:51 PM

Arn Anderson was the best part. Pretty good.

Blue Demon 09-04-2009 07:40 PM

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-04-2009 09:03 PM

I didn't even get Michael Cole Bingo this week? Did any of you guys?
