Lord what a terrible filler that was at WM that year. How many bad ideas could you possibly fit in one ring and expect something good to happen? Save face for Tenta, Slaughter, and possibly IRS. The ring intros in that match were longer than the match itself. Let's hope WWE never does that again.

I enjoyed the novelty of the battle royal and since the entrants were a surprise, I'm glad the entrances went longer than the match that everyone knew was going to suck.

I guess you're right. I liked the one during the Raw 15th anniversary better myself. Mainly because it was good to see Steve Blackman and Scotty 2 Hotty again. Granted the crowd seemed to not know who most of the people in the match were.
