Shows you didn't get into until they were on a few years.

Yeah, like a show that's in the 3rd or 4th season and you start watching regularly.

For me, I didn't start watching Scrubs until season 6 I think, then I downloaded all the seasons and watched them one after the other.

Now I'm getting into My Name is Earl, don't know what season that is in now.

30 Rock
OZ

Jura 09-29-2009 05:33 PM

Scrubs
Heroes
Dexter
Supernatural
Smallville
Top Gear

A lot of shows really either because I didn't hear of them yet or just didn't get around to watching it.

thedamndest 09-29-2009 05:38 PM

West Wing
Lost
Oz
Dexter
Weeds
Entourage
Sopranos

I think the pattern that they are primarily on HBO/Showtime.

Cool King 09-29-2009 05:46 PM

Frasier.

I didn't watch it at all while it was still in production.

It's only within the last year that I started to get into it and really enjoy it.

Emperor Smeat 09-29-2009 06:56 PM

Scrubs (only started once Comedy Central started to show them)
24 (started at season 4)
Rescue Me (started at 2nd season I think)

D Mac 09-29-2009 07:58 PM

I've been meaning to watch Rescue Me but haven't got around to it.

Hulu.com has a bunch of episodes for free.

Triple Naitch 09-29-2009 08:05 PM

Frasier - Never really got into until the last few yrs

Gossip Girl - Didn't pay much attention to it til season 2

Six Feet Under - Found this on Bravo in a marathon one day a year or two ago

Lock Jaw 09-29-2009 10:05 PM

Pretty much every sitcom I have ever watched. Don't think I've ever watched one from the start.

Ogen 09-29-2009 10:07 PM

I just can't ever watch something on tv. Waiting a week to watch a new episode is not for me if I can't download at least the first 2 seasons there and then I don't tend to bother.

West Wing
24
Lost
The Wire
Oz
The Sopranos

Jeritron 09-29-2009 10:45 PM

I usually start on a show after it has been going for at least a couple of seasons. I usually just don't have the patience to watch a show from week to week, I like to go through an entire season(s) in a couple of sittings. It's what I did to Lost, Heroes, My Name is Earl, The Office, The Wire and what I'm doing right now to House.

Trying to change that though with Flash Forward, as I watched the premiere and I thought it was pretty good. So maybe I can be patient and sit through an entire season for once. It also has the benifit of being on the same night as It's always sunny in Philly, a show I refuse to miss. So I'm already at the tv usually waiting.

Scrubs.

I had known of it for years but always thought it looked shit. Then about three years ago I watched one episode and instantly got hooked. I bought all the DVDs (up to that point) straight away.

I now need series six and seven but can't afford to buy them at the moment coz I need to save up money.

Tornado 10-01-2009 12:49 PM

The Simpsons
Futurama
Scrubs
Peep Show

Tazz Dan 10-01-2009 03:25 PM

Gossip Girl
The Wire

I went and bought the first 4 seasons of The Wire a couple of weeks back, up to the start of season 3 now. As for Gossip Girl, I'm up to date and downloading episodes as they air in the USofA

Sixx 10-01-2009 05:13 PM

Scrubs and Arrested Development.

Took me some time to "get" those shows.

Sixx 10-01-2009 05:14 PM

And the only reason I actually bothered to watch them is because they were on at like 3 am, I couldn't sleep and there was nothing else on. Now I can say I'm a fan.

The Wire
Oz
Supernatural
Deadwood
Dexter
The Sarah Connor Chronicles
24
Rescue Me.

Yeah pretty much everything, mainly because it can take ages to get those shows on tv over here, and when they do they get buried late and night, or are on a pay tv channel I'm not going to pay extra for.

So now thaks to TPWW, IMDB and torrents I can watch them commercial free anytime I want.

Verbose Minch 10-02-2009 04:00 AM

Burn Notice. I love this show. :D

El Vaquero de Infierno 10-02-2009 06:03 AM

Oh. Veronica Mars.

Seems like Scrubs is a favourite for not watching from the very start.
