So, uh. *smackdown spoilers*

*spoilers*

So, what movies does the rock have coming up for filming? He's huge again. He shrunk down a lot in recent years and is suddenly looking like wrestler sized again.

DOOM 2!!!

Sixx 10-03-2009 12:30 PM

How bout Quake.

Shaggy 10-03-2009 01:14 PM

He just finished Tooth Fairy - which there is a trailer out for now

Then he has in the works to film-
The Other Guys
Johnny Quest
Faster

And then in production IMDB says-
Holy Cow
Untitled Tomorrow Land project-based off the Disney World thing
Other Peoples Wishes

Sixx 10-03-2009 01:17 PM

Johnny Quest?

With his skin colour he could only play Hadji or however you spell that.

did anybody else hate the party skits that they had going through the night? i was only interested in the skit just so i could see some old faces turn up
e.g the brooklyn brawler oh hell yeah

and congratulations to the bookers for ruining a smackdown main event with their raw/cena/orton dickery , 2 out of 8 were actually from smackdown

I didn't mind the party segments. With the exception of the Brawler apparently disowning Boston and becoming a Yankees fan again with no explanation. HUGE plot hole! lol

The party segments were a little awkward, mainly because it is hard to do them naturally. Michael Cole was actually pretty entertaining as the annoying drunk guy. Slam Master J trying to get with Layla all night was pretty funny, too. They should turn that into a storyline like the Chuck Palumbo/Jamie Noble/Michelle McCool one last year.

RVDmark 10-04-2009 10:51 AM

So do any of those movies require him to be big then?

After checking which character he's gonna play, Johnny Quest actually requires him to be white.

Yeah, already checked the imdb. Race Bannon was however a gray-haired white dude...

Holy fuck! Who really gives a shit?!? Race Bannon was not defined by being a gray-haired white dude. The Rock could play him just fine.

Actually I do. He was defined just as you said.

And I'm sick and tired of changing comic books/cartoons appearance completely when transferred into the big screen. Making Kingpin black in Daredevil is one of such things. Oh, and the Catwoman too.
