I was under the impression that you could base this on any critetia you'd like and that this has been stated many many times. I just don't really like Bret Hart for what he did to himself so I voted against him.

I'm a pretty big Daniels mark as well though. I'm really big on mic workers though and while he doesn't exactly have his mic skills down flush, he's just so fun to watch in the ring.
